1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tiny App Strategist (the "Service," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Service, including those who purchase access to it.
2. Description of the Service
Tiny App Strategist is a web application that helps you turn an idea into a plan for a sellable tiny app. The Service provides guided AI outputs, including a product strategy, an app blueprint, a ready-to-paste build prompt, a sales-page generator, and a launch content kit.
The Service does not build, host, or deploy your app, does not process payments on behalf of your customers, and does not operate your business. You use the generated outputs with tools you choose (such as an AI app builder) and handle sales and payments for your own products with your own providers.
Access to the Service itself is sold as a one-time product. Separately, users can generate their own public sales pages that link to their own checkout URLs.
3. Eligibility and User Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use an online service) to use the Service.
- You must create or use an account (for example, through Google sign-in when available) to access most features of the Service.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
When demo login is enabled (development environments only), we may create a temporary demo account with full access for evaluation purposes.
4. Purchases and One-Time Payments
Access to Tiny App Strategist is granted for a one-time payment. There is no subscription. The purchase is processed by third-party payment providers (Paddle and/or Gumroad).
We never receive or store your card details. Card payments are handled entirely by the payment provider you choose at checkout.
When a purchase is completed, the payment provider notifies us and we activate access on the user account that uses the same email address as the purchase.
5. Access to the Product
After a successful purchase, access is activated on your account and you can use the full workflow: Strategy, Blueprint, Build Prompt, Sales Page generator, and Launch Kit.
Access is personal and tied to your account. You may not share, resell, or redistribute your access or the documents you generate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If access is not active immediately after a purchase, you can check the activation status page or contact us for help.
6. Refund Policy
Because the Service provides immediate access to a digital product, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been activated.
- Refunds are only provided where required by applicable law or by the applicable payment-provider policy.
- To request assistance with a purchase, contact the payment provider you used, or contact us with your transaction details.
7. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the apps you build, the sales pages you publish, and your business decisions and operations.
- You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
- If you publish a public sales page, you confirm that its content does not infringe the rights of third parties.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses AI to generate strategies, blueprints, build prompts, sales-page copy, and launch content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it, including text, pricing suggestions, and marketing claims.
AI outputs are provided for your reference and use. They are not professional legal, financial, or business advice.
9. No Guarantee of Business Results or Revenue
We do not guarantee that you will make sales, earn revenue, or achieve any particular business outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including the quality of your app, your market, and your own effort.
The Service is provided as a tool to help you create plans and content. Any statements about potential outcomes are illustrative only.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content about the Service, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You retain ownership of the ideas and content you provide, and you may use the documents generated for your own projects for your own commercial or personal purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of the Service or its proprietary parts except as expressly permitted.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google (for sign-in), Paddle and Gumroad (for payments and license verification), and Google Gemini (for AI processing when configured).
- These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
- We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, behavior, or policies.
The AI app builder you choose to generate your actual app is operated by a third party and is not part of the Service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for access to the Service.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Termination or Suspension of Access
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose a risk to other users or to the Service.
We will provide notice where reasonably possible. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and refund terms.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
